Sam Hasler is an artist and writer. His work uses printed text, voice, performance. The work tries to hide experimental forms in readable fiction, mimicking genre fiction and low brow culture.
'I want to make the things that make me excited. Looking back I’d say there are common threads that run through the works around the night time, awkwardness, my tremor, and cinema.'
His novel O was printed by Book Works UK. He has also published The Gob, a late night radio transcript, with Landfill Press. The artist was in the following exhibitions:
