Working Party: Library

5 February - 7 March 2025

This opportunity was first come, first serve and is now full so please don't apply

Working Party is a new volunteer programme at g39. Volunteers will work with us, not for us, to gain skills and explore and develop the different parts of the organisation. It is also about coming together socially.
This pilot is a Library Working Party.

The Library Working Party is led by our current intern Morgan Dowdall. We’re currently looking for ten volunteers to work with us over five weeks starting in February 2025.

We will work with you to compile a series of collections within our library resources on a topic of your choice. You will work with us to develop and strengthen our archive.

The programme is five weeks long.
Each week there will be two sessions, one weekday session and one on the weekend.
We understand that life happens so you are not required to attend all of these, but you will need to agree to attend at least 5 out of the 10 sessions.
The first session is on 05/02/25 - You will need you to commit to attending this first induction session to get to know how the library works and meet the team.

This programme is for you if you are trying to find ways into the Welsh visual art scene, want to connect with others or to build up your experience. You need no formal qualifications to join in, just an enthusiasm and passion for the visual arts.

Find out more HERE. Please email Morgan at – intern@g39.org – with any enquiries.

Or, if you know it’s for you, use this form to apply before 29/01/25 at 11.59pm.
